Walker washes his hands of the open records debacle on the even of his national campaign by blaming the legislature.
His position: The Legislature made "a mistake" introducing what my office helped write.
With this guy, it's always someone else's fault, no matter how illogical or self-serving the situation and denial - - proof that his moral and leadership deficits run deep.
