Walker, Schimel looking for an activist Federal Judge

[Updated] Walker and GOP Attorney General Brad Schimel want to get a federal judge to allow Wisconsin to begin drug-testing public assistance food stamp recipients. Walker says the program in his new budget is only aimed at helping low-income aid recipients get ready for entering the workforce.

A similar program has already been knocked out by a federal judge in Georgia, but you know Walker - - whether it's over the EPA, or Amtrak, or Medicaid, there's nothing he like better than scrapping with Barack Obama's feds.

You might be surprised by Walker's display of compassion for the poor, but that's your fault for being a misinformed leftist, he said. Check the video.

Didn't take SchiMel long to do work on this. Major contrast to his foot-dragging on WEDC.

Windeed why....

To be clear: they want to get a federal judge to allow them to drug test FOOD STAMP recipients - where they have already been told they can't, based on specific food stamp program rules.
