Re-reading the WMC's Arthurian ode to itself

Remembering that the Wisconsin Manufacturers and Commerce had spent heavily on Wisconsin Supreme Court campaigns that helped create the conservative majority which today ended the John Doe probe, I re-read how the WMC said it "sprang into action."

Definitely worth your time.

Ya know, the comments from that 2013 post on the WMC's website, this: "WMC worked with lawmakers to pass bills to overturn the court’s rulings, including restoring caps on malpractice awards, limits on punitive damages and setting aside the guilty until innocent lead paint ruling." It was that lead paint ruling is what got conservative money flowing into this state in 2007.

But the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled a year ago that such a ruling was legit! See this page:

What a bunch of Yahoos.

Thanks for the post, James!
