The corruption of Wisconsin is without limit. Drug testing before the poor may eat, crumbs to a middle-class that is fading fastest among all the states in Wisconsin, but favor upon favor so the wealthiest who are the GOP's lifeline can get richer. Lawmakers want to end tax that hits highest income earners

Weren't they hoping beyond all hope of having increased revenues at the beginning of May and are having a hard time working out the budget because they didn't get the increases. So, now they propose to cut those revenues even more. "Staring blankly at the wall." Don't even know what to think about that.
