Cap Times reports British PM Cameron's pointed Walker Smackdown

Glad to see a Wisconsin publication finally report what Time disclosed last Friday - - A clearly irked British Prime Minister David Cameron's jab at Scott Walker, failed diplomat - - a story which I've been nagging media to follow.
