Explosive ND oil rolls through WI

The same explosive Bakken shale crude oil burning in W. VA regularly rolls through Wisconsin. Tosa, et al, at risk.

Have no fear: Non-rail expert and former State Sen. Jeff Plale, Wisconsin Railroad Commissioner, is on the case.

DNR just approved the filling of wetlands in and around La Crosse so that a rail line for oil tanker cars can be expanded. They did this with no environmental impact study and over the objections of citizens.

I hate to think this is the case, but didn't the last crude oil train explosion a few months back coincide with a key vote on Keystone XL?

This one seems to coincide with Obama's likely veto of Keystone XL.
