Actually, it's a hit to the entire concept of a public sector, served up by phony small government rightwing legislators who love their government salaries, tax-free meal and lodging money, other Sugar Daddy perks and power - - but also love even more, as does Walker, further enriching their wealthy special donors' interests.

Republican legislators are circulating a bill that would clamp down on state land purchases beyond the limits Gov. Scott Walker has proposed in his budget.
