College Quitter 'Wrong-Way' Walker Now An Education Expert

He wants to throw out years of planning with broad input on so-called "Common Core" curriculum.

So who do you want helping set education policy in Wisconsin:

The guy who quit at Marquette University with a 2.59 GPA and at least 34 credits short of graduation, or Mary Burke, who has a Bachelor's degree from Georgetown University and an MBA from Harvard University.

Maybe the problem isn't with Common Core. It's that Walker didn't stick with the one he was supposed to embrace.

Sorry, as a union blue collar worker,I can't related to a rich woman with a Harvard MBA, and she can't relate to me.

The problem is he thought it was called "moral core." He doesn't have one, so he doesn't want anyone else to have one.

Hmm, the state just went through its worst 6 months of job growth in the 3 1/2 years of this guy's reign of error, and now he wants know-nothings, fundies and rednecks to decide what should be taught in schools.

That'll attract the businesses and the talent, won't it? Having an anti-education state right next door to the open-minded Twin Cities and Chicago areas?

Hey Anon, 6:36. I'd trust the MBA over an embezzler who's never had to make a payroll in his life in Walker. But you're likely a Karl Rove "infiltrator" troll anyway (and a lame one at that), because no unionist with a brain would trust slime like Scotty.

And Anon 6:36pm, you should probably trust the MBA over the lifetime politician embezzler who hasn't had a job in the corporate sector in his entire life. Nice try on the fake profile, but since we already know Scotty's buddy Karl Rove has ordered infiltrators with fake profiles onto sites like this, you may want to try the routine elsewhere.

To Anon. 6:36 p.m. We don't get to choose our parents, but we do get to choose what tasks we finish. No doubt Mary Burke was born into advantage, but no one gave her any breaks to graduate from Georgetown or Harvard.

You boys missed what 6:36 said. He said "I can't related to a rich WOMAN ..

wait, you mean he didn't earn his 34 credits from the University of Real Life Experience to get his Bachelor of Stupidity degree? Oh, Scott Walker, you're so qualified to lead our state to 50th place in all the important categories.

@Jake,

I've been in a trade union in Milwaukee over 30 years. Over that 30 years Trek has outsourced almost every blue collar job it had to China. Is this her Harvard MBA in action? And don't tell me she nothing to do with running the family business. That's as lame as Hillary saying she's not really wealthy.
@anon 8:29 What's your misguided point? She is the candidate.

Have to call you on your BS. Trek has 1800 employees, 1000 in wisconsin.

No, they are not all executives or office staff.

WTF?!?!? Are you proclaiming all the working-class folk have no blue collars because they come to work buck naked?

Just stop. You're not fooling anybody, except maybe yourself. Just read John Burke's reply, which shows how dishonest and desperate Walker is being with this lane attempt.

@anon 11:43

Lets be specific, shall we? Of the supposed 1000 in Wisconsin, how many manufacture Trek bikes. I don't mean assemble and I don't mean dock workers whom uncrate foreign made products and slap on decals.
How many jobs are supported in foreign countries by Trek outsourcing?
Does Mary Burke plan to bring all those jobs back to Wisconsin? Does she plan to bring any jobs to Wisconsin?
