Walker WisDOT budget defunds bike, pedestrian paths

Greetings, second class Wisconsinites:

Never mind that state law says have pedestrian and bike paths must be included in road projects where federal funds are provided - - our spiteful, dic*ish Walker simply says bike and pedestrian paths get no state money. 

I suppose if the next person who ran against Walker was a doctor, he'd cut state funding from hospitals.
