Monday, September 10, 2018 describes 'Walker fatigue' - - We've seen, lived, noted it, too.

Pleased to see note our weakening Governor by featuring the term "Walker Fatigue."
‘Scott Walker fatigue’ haunts Republicans
Signs that the Wisconsin governor is ripe to be taken down are everywhere.
Just for the record: Some of us worn down by Walker fatigue
Sleeping students.jpg
have battled that syndrome - - and a related malady - - Foxconn Fever - - noted in these earlier blog posts about strains of Walker dis-ease:

August 15, 2018

June 7, 2017

August 28, 2014, which is also my favorite analysis of where Walker fatigue can take a person:

Scott Kardashian
Polling may be rocket science, but it's pretty simple to grasp why Wrong Way Walker is on the wrong side of those numbers:

Walker fatigue.

Producing fresh banality on top of celebrity with ubiquity, without credibility - - a Kardashian Kandidate, if you will - - and apologies in advance to Kim and Co., since no one ever asked them to be the K in SKW.

But think about it:

He's got a book. She's got a book.

She's got an Instagram account, and a busy Facebook page, and so does he.

Her Twitter page is filled with trivia and self-promotion, which are not contradictory - - so Walker's is, too.

He's posted close-up photos of his 'Gille's' [Sic] vanilla custard cone and late-night burgers. Twice, lately.

Or "Nice 4th inning for the @Brewers." Or posting a smiling picture of himself on a ride seated next to a freaked out State Fair Queen, without a sense of irony, "#SpinCity."

Therein lies the reason for Walker's Wrong Direction polling.

No one wants to go with him to spin city anymore.

I don't believe this for a second. GOP voter turnout will be as high as it always is. Can the Democrats say the same? I hope so.

Snarky comments are fun, but you are proclaiming a phenomena without any real justification or evidence. People said essentially the same thing (without the clever phrase) in 2014. They said the same thing going into the recall -- Walker was proclaimed the winner shortly after the polls closed.

By hook or crook, Walker will win and the media will tell us it is because of his "highly energized base" that turn-out and vote even though the pre-election polls will state that it is too-close to call or that Walker is within striking distance.

And after the election, all polls will be mathematically adjusted (actually corrupted) to match the unverifiable numbers from proprietary vote-count systems.

Is this really the message you want to send now?

Perhaps one reason Donald Trump is in the White House is because Clinton media allies that should have known better (i.e. Rachel Maddow) poo-pooed the idea that Trump could be elected. This is going to be a dog-fight and there will be funny-business when the votes are counted. Until Walker concedes, he is the front-runner and no one that wants to see change should say anything else.

The goPEEs believe their Marmalade Mugabe is the only thing that stands between them and everlasting perdition and plagues of frogs raining from the sky.

The Dems better be on their game.
