In Walker's Wisconsin, reading, like teaching, is undervalued
Yeah, who needs all that reading - - and for that matter, teachers with stupid degrees and them lissences and public schools, too - - but I do know one Wisconsinite who shoulda paid more attention to books, like dictionaries.

So, when ordinary people without bachelor degrees are hired to teach non-essential subjects and will work toward certification, who will approve that certification. The current process is that once they complete teaching school the school recommends a person for teacher certification. So, under these new rules/laws any school has the ability to recommend someone for teacher certification?
It also makes no sense that Gateway Technical College will have the authority to create voucher and charter high schools and can do it in surrounding counties including Waukesha, but Waukesha county's executive director will also be given the authority to create voucher and charter schools. Why the overlap?
