Material for that final Walker feature story

So we get it now: all Walker's 'will-he-sign-it'-power-grabbing drama' was just a taxpayer-paid audition by a free agent looking for the lifetime deal.

Who knew you could parlay eight weeks of state government operations into your very own golden annuity?

And because we now know what Walker will be doing for pay after Wisconsin voters rejected him, let's help others sort through the propaganda to accurately assess his record and better grasp his intentions.

Here are a few summary posts with source material:

Decades of stealth and secrecy.

Beware Midwestern nice.

His War on the Environment.

The surrender to Foxconn.

The masks he wore - - 'Education Governor,' and many more.

His penchant for false speaking.

His spectacular failure to create promised jobs.

Now he's free to go suck lemons. He is not likely to suck seed.

I feel sorry (no, not really) for anyone who pays good money to hear Scott Walker give a speech. As horrifying and extreme as his views and actions are, that dead-eyed dope is nevertheless a walking advertisement for Valium.

Sure, his signing of the lame-duck legislation can be seen as an audition for employment, but here’s the biggest reason he did it: he’s a petty, vindictive, sore loser. I wouldn’t put it past him to intentionally clog that toilet he took a video of right before he moves out of the Governor’s Mansion.

Thank you for that little reminder. Whether metaphorically like you meant it or literally like I meant it, it’s hard to think of Walker without picturing a toilet!
