Bids delayed for Zoo Interchange as Gov. Scott Walker tries to speed up other I-94 work- - so this guy gets served. And people using the state's busiest interchange at the Milwaukee County/Waukesha County border "can go suck lemons."

It stands to reason that they don't want people to be able to get to Milwaukee. They seem to hold a grudge against the mayor, county exec and police chief so I guess everyone else is going to have to put up with construction for next ten years. Wish I could take a train. Never mind about that new Buck stadium I guess.
