CAFO/groundwater pollution can seep through Karst soil

A lot of talk about Karst soils being the conduit for groundwater pollution near CAFOs - - those big feedlot operations.

Seeing this map makes me wonder why DNR is only concerned with Kewaunee County. It looks like karst occurs all over the state.
