Schimel says losing margin "definitive." Walker unfamiliar with that word.

Outgoing WI AG Schimel does the right thing with the right word, while Walker, rejecting his ejection, definitely believes his loss by even more votes than Schimel's 17,000-vote deficit only proved his popularity and belief in time-travel:
"The simple reality is more than 30,000 more people voted for me than they did in 2014," Walker said.... The numbers we received a week ago Tuesday would have won the election four years ago, they would have won the election eight years ago."
Also: he's still campaigning:
