Possible explanation for Walker's new baseball cap look

We've all seen the new middle-aged-macho-man baseball cap look Walker is sporting these days on the campaign trail, though my mom always told me to take my hat off inside. These kids today...

(Hat tip to the blogger Capper, and, nope. there's no way around those unintentional puns).
The New York Times noted a more extensive Walker makeover - - from coordinated outfits and speech patterns to match his surroundings suggesting voice and drama coaching. along with crash courses in foreign affairs - - no doubt helping him differentiate between, say, New Berlin, Wisconsin, and Old Berlin, Germany.

While some think the more rugged cap is just cover, literally, for his expanding bald spot (and, yeah, I know, I resemble that remark, too), I have a different theory.

Remember Walker's famous statement that all his cabinet secretaries should have the phrase 250,000 new jobs "branded" on their foreheads?

I'll put the full quote below because it fits nicely with the declaration by PolitiFact that his signature 250,000 new-jobs' promise is a "promise broken," and it helps put into focus that Wisconsin on Walker's watch is creating jobs at just half the national pace and has plunged in job-creation rankings among the states from 31st to 38th place.

Anyway - - back to the cap with the brim and the shade on his face it might create. I'm wondering if Walker had had that tattoo put on his now forehead first, since true leaders lead boldly by example, and maybe the tattoo removal process he's undergoing was getting as obvious as is his backing away from the original promise.

Just a theory.

Here's his original, 2010 quote:
"I want my Cabinet secretaries to have branded across their heads, '250,000 jobs,'" Walker said at a December 2010 meeting of the Dairy Business Association. "I want them to know their job is on the line because my job is on the line to create 250,000 jobs in the private sector."

So, are you confirming that everything Walker does, wears, and says is all make believe. Just another actor trying to pull of a staring role. In that case, who is the real man that calls himself Scott Walker? What ever happened to people who are running for office being themselves, like them or not. Some days I really miss people like Proxmire. Those who are true to themselves first and true to their constituents second.

IT WORKED! People that proclaim themselves to be progressive & liberal are nattering about Walker's cap and make-over instead of the real issues that created this monster in the first place.

More proof, Walker's role is to be a distraction and deflect attention from the folks that created the agenda he is pushing and prevent us from talking about the media that enables this all.

This isn't about Walker's personal character defects. It isn't about the ways he transforms to different narratives and audiences. It isn't even about the "bombs" he drop on unsuspecting citizens he has a sworn duty to serve.

This is about multinational corporations and a handful of billionaires that have hijacked our economy and democracy. This is about economic destabilization, yet none dare call it what it is, ECONOMIC TERRORISM.

This is about a rightwing media echo chamber that in no way serves as the "fourth estate", information and calling-out hypocrisy in our elected officials.

When we stop paying attention to each and every distraction that Walker and his ilk through out to us and instead take meaningful economic action against the media that creates the divisions and the business interests that underwrite it, then we can see positive change.

Maybe he is covering up in preparation for a hair transplant. Maybe one day the hat will come off and Voila! The shiny bald spot will be gone.

There's not a thing that guy does that's remotely organic. Other than maybe the mean snarky tweets from the "Scott Walker" Twitter account, which seems like it's written by an entirely different person than the. "GovWalker" account.

Someone needs to leak this guy's hunting and fishing photo-ops. He'd be finished with the. "Git r'dun" crowd immediately

Not a hair transplant, more likely he will be sporting a cheap toupee soon and the hat is just to help the media cover up the change.
