Jud Lounsbury exposes Walker fibs involving Nancy Reagan

This stuff is getting repetitions and serious, as this fresh unmasking shows Walker has used Nancy Reagan in a bizarre spate of tall tale-telling:

Here is part of what Walker tells rapt conservative audiences about his 2013 visit to the Reagan Library, and what Mrs. Reagan and the staff did for him on their own
"One of the great privileges I had, that was unbeknownst to be, that they had set up, was, we came around the corner on the tour, before I gave a speech to about a thousand people at the library, and the curator there, had, I see him and he's got white gloves and he's got something in his hand.
"And they brought over a pair of white gloves for me and he said, 'No one has touched this since President Reagan. It is his mother's Bible that he took the oath of office on. Mrs. Reagan would like you to hold and take a picture with it."
Lounsbury has made a call to the library, and is told:
When asked specifically if Nancy Reagan had arranged for Walker to hold the Reagan Bible, [library curator Jennifer] Torres said in a email that it was Walker, not Nancy Reagan, that made the request to have his picture taken with the Bible—and that Walker made the request before he visited with Nancy Reagan or even flew out to California...
When asked if Walker is the only visiting dignitary to have handled the Bible since the library opened, Torres said that he was, but he is also likely the only visiting dignitary to have ever made such a request.

Now if someone would only investigate the Eagle Scout claim...

On that Eagle Scout claim: This was investigated. His parents pulled little Scotty from the Delavan chapter because it had too many Mexicans. This is why Walker doesn't push that line anymore and why Milwaukee Journal Sentinel no longer pushes this in their headlines, some people started to come forward.

Anon 12:04 PM:
Please provide a reference to the investigation of Scott Walker's Eagle Scout claim. I know people in the American Baptist congregation where Scott Walker's parents are members. I know the pastor that shepherded that congregation into understanding and accepting gays and their orientation. While Scott Walker left the congregation (whether before or after that congregational decision, I can't say), his parents are still members. There is a huge difference between American and Southern Baptists. Your statement, as it stands, doesn't jive with what I have heard about Scott's parents. Understand that my comments are primarily addressing your suggestions about Scott Walker's parents, not Scott Walker's history of false statements.

Why did Pat Walker switch from St. Jude's parish where she was the manager of the Thrift Shop for over twenty years. I always thought she was Catholic.
