Three more disposable hunting dogs in WI thrown to the wolves
The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources disclosed today that three more hunting hounds sacrificed in Wisconsin, where hounds are allowed to run off-leash 'training' for the bear hunt. This brings the year's total to 16.
Remember, WI will reimburse these hunters up to $2,500 per dog, from state funds, because the Legislature is in league with a very strong bear hunting lobby, so not surprisingly, the reimbursement plan is on the books only in Wisconsin.
As is the use of dogs in the wolf hunt.
