In Wisconsin, foul regulation leads to foul waters

The Wisconsin DNR has gone easy on industrial-scale dairies at the expense of neighbors, and waters that belong to the public.

Looking on the bright side, there will be business opportunities in providing purified bottled water to Wisconsin residents. Alternately, citizens might get a weekly visit from a clean-water tanker truck. Anyone who has visited a third-world country knows that this is a very big business.
