Scott Walker makes surprise visit to Wisconsin

Proving via Twitter that he is not always campaigning for and with out-of-state GOP candidates, DC-based GOP organizations, future out-of-state voters and donors:
Stopped by Main Street Cafe in Balsam Lake for some soup and pie. Sat down for a couple of interviews.
