The Road to Sprawlville, Chapter 68, heading for tony River Hills
Converting farmland to development in River Hills, Wisconsin? Where people live in big homes on big lots? I can't see this going anywhere:
Mandel Group wants to develop what is now farmland between W. Brown Deer and W. Greenbrook roads, west of N. Spruce Road. It would include apartments, senior housing, duplexes and single-family homes for around 515 people.

So, why not, James? The energy of money often defines our world. Of course subdivisions in farmland make no sense to us, but what's the barrier?
