Good point.............when one has a sense of ownership where one works for many people it makes their approach to the job and their attitude towards those they serve more positive and leads to greater accountability. We see the same thing in education. When teachers live in the community in which they teach their is a sense of comrade to the students and parents they serve.
So your saying that if the Ferguson Police Department had actively recruited and hired criminals from the area and forced them to live in the area that there would not be the unrest that is presently there. Interesting........
