If Ferguson PD recruited locally guided by Affirmative Action and Equal Protection, it would not find itself rated as a useless, harmful occupier.

Anonymous said...: Good point.............when one has a sense of ownership where one works for many people it makes their approach to the job and their attitude towards those they serve more positive and leads to greater accountability.
