Walker's Wisconsin is the rump end of the Midwest.
The time may be right for Minnesota Governor Mark Dayton to do an "Escape from Wisconsin" TV commercial urging skilled professionals to consider moving to Minnesota, where the economy is growing, health insurance is affordable, the schools are fully funded and all the children are above average.
