One would think that the ethical reasoning claimed to be the motivation behind the recent firing of the Walker campaign's Deputy Finance Director, i.e., a history of racist twittering, would be guiding the Governor's action regarding this legislation.
But, as you indicate, we are referring to likely expectations of Walker doing the right thing with this legislation.
And let us not forget to ask the very important question, "What would a US presidential candidate do in this situation?"
