This is just so sad.
The headline of the Wausau Herald article indicates that it's an unintended consequence, but I'm certain that Walker intended to make it harder for the elderly to vote along with minorities. He knows that he needs to stoop to tricks to suppress voting because the majority want him out. He also knows that the elderly and minorities are more likely to be Dems.
What an evil, evil man.
