I'm calling it the "New Koch" campaign. And like New Coke 30 years ago, a lot of us have experienced the product firsthand, and aren't buying what the ads are trying to sell us
I thought that the public owned the airwaves. Is that no longer true? If it still IS true, then wouldn't the airwaves be like a river and propaganda be like pollution?
Or, is speech a commodity like gold or oil, and does the public have a right to prevent its control by a cartel of wealthy oligarchs?
Has Mary Burke had a surge in campaign contributions over the recent polling data?
And not a peep about this at jsonline!
