Sunday Ends Comment Period About WI Tar Sand Oil Pipeline Expansion

Despite a long history of environmentally-damaging breaks and spills, the WI DNR wants to allow the troubled Enbridge pipeline company a tripling of capacity to ship tar sand crude oil from Superior to Delavan, WI.
