This makes Walker the Grinch Who Stole Christmas. Except that in our reality version of the story, the grown-up kiddies shouldn't expect Governor Grinch's heart to grow and cause him to return the presents because he promised, in his fall campaign become Governor Grinch, to take away that Wisconsin train set and other presents as well. Now he must make good on his promise no matter what.
