Another Former Norquist/Doyle Appointee Moving Up And Out

The other day I noted that Antonio Riley was appointed head of the Midwest office of HUD.

Now I see that Dr. Seth Foldy has taken a position with the CDC in Atlanta. Foldy was state health officer under Gov. Jim Doyle, and, earlier, Health Commissioner for the City of Milwaukee.

Congratulations to Seth. (And "moving up and out" is headline shorthand for "finding success." I'm not sure if Dr. Foldy is permanently leaving Milwaukee.)
