That $5 mil will by Scott Walker a lot of Brewers merchandise to wear and tweet pics of. Heck, he'll even have some left over for some melted ice cream treats.
And, if we're lucky, maybe there will be some left to fill a few Scotthole so his right wing buddies at Dominos won't have to spend all of there profits from their yucky pizza repairing roads.
