About that controversial plan to turn a nature preserve

and part of a popular state park into a privately-owned, high-end, Lake Michigan shoreline golf course:

I'd say the opponents to this environmental and undemocratic process travesty are making their case. 

A proposal to annex land for a proposed 18-hole Kohler Co. golf course near Sheboygan remains in limbo after the city’s common council voted Monday to hold off making a decision.
