Neighboring states literally blew past retrograde, Scott-Walker-run-and ruined Wisconsin soon after he took office in 2011 and took wind farm jobs, investment and cheaper electrical power with them - - but, hey, good news!!
2017 could bring the first wind farm development in Wisconsin since 2011. Happy happy, joy joy!

The operative word is "COULD." I'm willing to bet that Walker and friends will put obstacles in the way to serve their coal and oil rich masters!
