Light Rail-Free Waukesha-Bound, Bound-Up Traffic Report Today

WTMJ-AM reports at 5:20 p.m. that traffic out of Milwaukee west towards Waukesha is moving "gruelingly slow." Waukesha and talk radio blocked light rail in the 90's…so…so it goes...or doesn't.

WTMJ is probably trying to build a case for the double-decker/lane expansion through Story Hill.

For the record. Added to the post: http://www.jsonline.com/news/opinion/32538794.html

No one would be listening if they weren't stuck in traffic.

Once the Zoo interchange is completed there will be less commute time.

I don't get it. Milwaukee wants more buses and light rail to Waukesha "where the jobs are", a widely misunderstood concept. If that we're true, we wouldn't have all those traffic jams westbound now would we.
