DNR Allots One Day - - Right Now - - For Deer Hunt Overhaul Final Comments
Even the DOT treats transit advocates and highway opponents with more respect than this. I thought the philosophy at the DNR was to treat citizens like customers. So is the agency now your cable company, too?

I cannot imagine they'd be inclined to pay attention, even to an avalanche of comments that didn't applaud the new program.
