Highway Hearing Tonight On Deficient State Highway 164 Plan

US District Court Judge Lynn Adelman found flaws in WisDOT's Highway 164/Highway J planning, and more rulings have gone against the project- - but the agency is proceeding with it willy-nilly, and grassroots organizers are looking to build a crowd against it a Washington County hearing Thursday night.
