No surprise, says Wisconsin's "original" Tea Partier.
Pander when and where necessary. As he did on immigration, too.
And flip away from a long history of opposition to ethanol mandates.
And he's for phasing out the very popular wind energy tax credit - - he has a history of actively blocking wind energy and all renewables in Wisconsin - - which has created scenes like this along I-80 in Iowa, ranked #1 in percentage of wind-generated electricity nationally. From my photo archives:
