The engineer driving the NY commuter train that crashed in the Bronx a few days ago acknowledges nodding off, and perhaps more telling, had a recent change in work hours to days from nights.

Mythbusters did an experiment comparing tipsy driving versus fatigued driving, and found that in some aspects being tired was worse than being near the legal limit.
