Great Cap Times Interview With State Sen. Dale Schultz

There is one independent legislator remaining in the GOP Senate caucus and his own party, having moved to the far-right, wants to defeat him.

Make sure you read this interview with Richland Center Sen. Dale Schiultz today.

"When some think-tank comes up with the legislation and tells you not to fool with it, why are you even a legislator anymore? You just sit there and take votes and you're kind of a feudal serf for folks with a lot of money."

Sen. Schultz represents the way the legislature used to be and the way legislators should be!!!! Indeed it is a great article and shows that in Walker's world dissent isn't tolerated even within his own party not to mention the state. He will use his wealthy donors to fund a candidate that will fall in line and a great legislator like Schultz is kicked to the curb. How far we have fallen since he and his sheep have taken control of Wisconsin. Thanks to their secretive redistricting his motely crew is reassured of re-election as long as money still buys Senate and Assembly seats in this once great bastion of DEMOCRACY.

Constituents should beware a pro-mining, anti-environment replacement, as there is iron ore in the district's historic and signature Baraboo Hills.
