It's reflective of the arrogance of power these fascists have come to enjoy but as we see it eventually catches up to them. They no longer think that their personal views won't at some point stick a dagger in their occupation. He should have been fired when he directed DOT employees to obscure the fact that IDs were free. His racism was apparent then.
