Unsurprising Decision: No Criminal Charges In Supreme Court Justices' Confrontation

After all, how could anyone prove anything to the level of charging, then prosecuting?

And if a separate judicial commission probe led to a complaint, the final arbiter is...the State Supreme Court.

Where a record would be set for recusals, or failed recusals.

So this episode melts to history, but I doubt if the internal workings of the Court and its factions will get better.

...at least as long as Abrahmson is still on the bench and Chief Justice.

That's right, RD, blame the Chief Justice and any moderate on the Court of the Supremely Compromised for the failings of a justice who happens to be on your side. No other SC justice has threatened the Court, choked a co-worker, or called a sitting Chief Justice the 'B' word--none other than David Prosser. He's all yours--bought and paid for by WMC, the Club for Growth, the Koch brothers and the rest . . . You bought him, now own him.

I just found out that Reagan was once an ardent liberal. Listened to one of his liberal speeches on 820 AM.

Anyhow- a little group therapy is in order for all these judges. Yet as long as Prosser is on the bench, predetermined right wing rulings will be written before the court hears the case and making the scurrilous judge once again the antangonist of the supreme court.

So what are the ramifications of a 4-3 or 3-3 vote?
