Belling Yelling Is Telling

Dipping into Milwaukee conservative talk radio is to hear high-declbel contradiction.

For example, I tuned into 1130 WISN-AM's about 3:45 p.m. Thursday and Mark Belling was in high dudgeon about public employees and recall protesters whom he criticized for being "uncivil."

Then, within seconds, Belling called these people "lazy, good-for-nothing parasites," and shortly thereafter launched into a long monologue, and a discussion with callers, where he said public employees were equivalent to "crack addicts."

He continued: his targets also were "crybabies...leeches..."bitching and moaning," and "raving like lunatics."

Don't count on Belling seeing anything contradictory in complaining that others are "uncivil" and then spending nearly 15 minutes calling them crack addicts, parasites, leeches and more.

In fact, in mid-rant, Belling gloated that there was no one who comment on these matters as "brilliantly" as himself.

So his lack of civility is brilliance.

Others', by his definition, is lunacy, or worse.

And a decent share of people in SE Wisconsin take this in three hours a day, five days a week, as a source of information.
