I'd enjoyed the Harbor View Plaza's soft opening in July, and hope to see you at a family fun event there Sunday from 11 p.m. to 4 p.m. to appreciate Milwaukee's latest public-private effort that showcases Milwaukee's urbanity, water-based research and industrial character. The public space is at the end of E. Greenfield Ave.
