Wisconsin is full - - of worker shortages

To justify racist immigration policies, Trump claims the US "is full."

So why is there a labor shortage in rural Wisconsin currently met by immigrant workers without whom more farms could fail and small towns further decline?

Fewer Wisconsin laborers want to work on farms
In fact, without more immigrants, the state workforce as a whole is in continuing stress:
In Wisconsin, “Help Wanted” is on virtually every restaurant window, store front and city bus. With an aging population and few immigrants, the state could have a shortage of 45,000 workers by 2024, which could pose a threat to business.
