Will Hagedorn disclaim that his vote is in Fitzgerald's pocket?
So is Scott Fitzgerald - - the Wisconsin career politician, not the author - - writing the Wisconsin version of The Life of Brian?
You may remember that Brian Hagedorn complained that Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Shirley Abrahamson had her "thumb on the scales" to tilt decisions away from conservatives, as reported during debate coverage in the Journal Sentinel.

"I could tell you how that justice was going to vote on every single case that I (had)," Hagedorn said about arguing cases before the Supreme Court when he was chief legal counsel for former Gov. Scott Walker. So will Hagedorn disclaim that conservatives are counting on his thumb will be on the scale after he's is sworn in to replace Abrahamson in August because his vote is already in GOP Senate Majority Leader Fitxgerald's pocket?
Hagedorn will replace liberal Justice Shirley Abrahamson, who did not seek re-election. He will join the high court in August and his addition will widen the conservative majority from 4-3 to 5-2.
"Thank God for Brian Hagedorn," Fitzgerald said. "I can’t wait for him to be seated."
