When I first heard about it, I couldn't believe she put that out there. It betrays a truly comprehensive ignorance and, apparently, an unwillingness to consult anyone with any expertise within the DNR. Just...wow.
There is an interesting story on today's madison.com website about how an Iowa County landowner is being treated by the DNR. Seems there's a bit of a double standard when it comes to rich vs poor.
The Madison.com article is well worth reading. thanks to the person pointing it out.
