And guess who decided not to listen to the Transportation, Policy and Finance Commission's recommendation of raising the gas tax 5 cents to pay for these types of things? Governor Walker and WisGOP, come on down!

What? Walker failed to inspect this bridge? Didn't he know it is his job to inspect all bridges and roads?
