"A little fill here and there may seem to be nothing to become excited about. But one fill, though comparatively inconsequential, may lead to another, and another, and before long a great body may be eaten away until it may no longer exist. Our navigable waters are a precious natural heritage, once gone, they disappear forever," wrote the Wisconsin Supreme Court in its 1960 opinion resolving Hixon v. PSC and buttressing The Public Trust Doctrine, Article IX of the Wisconsin State Constitution.

From the one article I read, it doesn't sound like Sen. Johnson has much of a case. I would not be surprised to see him ultimately embarrassed by this lawsuit, as it seems like he is already being mocked for not understanding the law. (Not that I claim to understand it myself, of course.)
RoJo, not only a waste of time and space, now taxpayer money too. Will the people of Wisconsin rise up and kick this Class A Kook out of office in a couple of years? Pleeeeeze!!!
