WI Supreme Court Elevates Itself Above The Law

While Wisconsin State Supreme Court Justice David Prosser is attempting to have a majority of his colleagues recuse themselves from hearing a Judicial Commission ethics complaint that has been filed against him, a majority of the court - - apparently made up of the four conservative justices - - have taken a shot at the Commission itself.

They canned the Commission's Chairman who had served during a period of time when the Commission had filed ethics cases against conservative Justices Ziegler and Gableman, plus Prosser - - all over separate ethics' issues.
