The Wisconsin League of Conservation Voters continues its #WalkerFail series by cataloging Walker's EnforcementFail - - the systematic rollback at Walker's DNR of environmental enforcement actions.

Issues addressed: Human waste spreading, frac sand mining, factory farms and the politicized, corporate leadership at the DNR. Definitely worth a read.
