Wisconsin's Big Cities Sue Over Snatched State Recycling Dollars

Kudos to the cities of Madison and Milwaukee for suing the Walker administration for diverting recycling dollars to economic development.

If the state wants to fund development, fine. Be up front about it, but don't remove some of the recycling funding and stick it to the largest, predominantly-Democratic cities while you're at it under the cover of development.

That's disingenuous.

Speaking of which - -  Walker blasted former Democratic Gov. Jim Doyle and the legislature for taking money from segregated or special funds and re-routing it, but Walker has done this with school and housing dollars, too.
